aMSN – a MSN compatible messenger application, aMSN Messenger is a multiplatform MSN messenger clone. Works pretty much like its Windows based counterpart. Perfect for keeping in touch with those friends who have not yet seen the light.

It is a Windows Live Messenger clone under the GPL license. Its main goal is to enable users of the Linux operating system to contact people who use a Microsoft program that is only available on Windows and MacOS. To do this, aMSN mimics the appearance of Windows Live Messenger. It also has support for many of its features.

The last version of aMSN 0.98.9 was released in 2012, with updated for Windows platform in 2017.
