Pepperminty – a complete wiki engine in one file, inspired by @am2064 Minty Wiki. It is an open source application released under the MPL-2.0 license.
Pepperminty is developed by Starbeamrainbowlabs and has many useful features – such as: file uploads, dynamic help page, page change history, page tags and many more. Other features are also in the works, such as: theme gallery, auto update and user watchlists.
Pepperminty Wiki actually got quite a comprehensive set of features:
