Mobiki – a small open source wiki engine licensed by MIT, implemented in PHP. It is optimized for use with bandwidth-limited mobile devices and for fast delivery of HTML5 content. Mobiki is small, simple and easy to modify.

You can edit pages from your phone as easily as you can on your computer. Even if there is only one stylesheet, Mobiki works on any output device and also has an additional printout showing only the contents. It has a very limited feature set, but supports search, hashtags, and provides an RSS feed for use with aggregators. It’s more like a small CMS.
